Alisa Carrier-President and Minority WBE & Small Business Supplier- Alisa provides more than 30 years of banking experience and can negotiate larger projects with our customers through her knowledge of contracts and payment schedules. Alisa leads the financial processes through bank negotiations for larger project buyouts. She is involved in the social aspect of the business and is directly responsible in proper marketing of BCA to our community.

Brian Carrier VP & CEO with a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida in Business Administration specializing in business management. 

Brian has more than 22 years providing engineering designs & solutions, product selection & field troubleshooting with all our products. This also includes proper selection and competitive bidding processes. Brian participates in negotiating larger jobs with Alisa to provide financial backing in completing any job with customer satisfaction and full reliability.
